The maximum occupancy for our rental is 6 guests. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and there is a queen sized pull out couch in the living room.
Yes! We exclusively rent Sunday to Sunday exclusively. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp. We do not offer nightly or weekend rentals.
Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests.
Our rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, Wi-Fi, and cable TV and air conditioning.
Email us with your preferred dates. We'll confirm availability, send over a rental agreement, and collect a 50% deposit to hold your week. Your dates are not confirmed until both the signed agreement and deposit are received.
Summer rates (June 28 – August 30): $2,000/week Spring & Fall: $1,500/week Cleaning fee: $120 (all stays, left in cash on the kitchen table at checkout) Pet fee: $100 (pre-approved pets only) A 50% deposit is due at signing and the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel and we are able to re-rent your dates, we will refund the difference minus a $100 administration fee.

No. 68 Westshore is a quiet residential property. Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal without refund.
We welcome well behaved dogs! This must be arranged in advance and included in the contract. Pets must be on leash when outside at all times and can not be disruptive to our wonderful neighbours.
Please note that both the house and property is strictly smoke and vape free.
