We offer a weekly rental only. This runs Sunday to Sunday — check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp.

To reserve your week, simply reach out via email and we'll get the process started. A signed rental agreement and 50% deposit are required to hold your dates — dates are not confirmed until both are received.

• Summer rates (June 28 – August 30, 2026): $2,000/week + $120 cleaning fee 
• Spring & Fall rates: $1,500/week + $120 cleaning fee (please reach out for more details and dates)
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
